Slot Details

HyperCore is an online slot, developed by Snowborn Games, powered by Apricot online casinos, scheduled to be released on October 8th, 2026.

This intergalactic game has a very cool visual design, a lot of flashiness and a max prize up to 6,250x.

Though it’s almost a month away from an official release, Yukon Gold Casino has it in their library exclusively, tagged as Early Access.

Slot Design

HyperCore has the standard 5×3 gameboard with 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 fixed paylines.

The slot’s RTP is 96.00%, the hit rating is set to 28.05%, and the volatility is MEDIUM.

The minimum bet per spin can be set to 0.20$, while the maximum bet reaches 40.00$, with the max winnable prize being capped at 6,250x.

The bet menu is something Snowborn Games have started using recently, and I love it as the player can simply select their desired wager and be done with it. No adjusting no needless clicking up and down.

The settings menu has two sound options, where you can mute the music or sounds or both. The only thing missing is volume sliders, perhaps something we will see in the future.

There’s also an autoplay menu, 3 different spin speeds which are adjustable from the bottom right of the gameboard. Great music if you are into electro, great visuals if you enjoy space fantasy type of things.

Slot Features

• Wilds: The wilds in this slot substitute for all symbols but Cash, Collect, Booster, Scatter, Token and Payer symbols. The wilds can be normal ones and those with an overlay gem. Wilds with such gems are counted towards the Bonus Booster Meter. These can only appear in base game.

Most of the time, you will see the regular wilds which will contribute to some small winnings, but nothing major or at least nothing major very often.

• Cash Collect & Boosters: The cash and collect feature triggers when cash prizes land on the same spin with a collector symbol. If one of the 4 boosters is unlocked it will be applied to the prizes as well. There are a total of 4: Respin, Expand, Adder, Multi. The respin, locks the cash prizes and offers a respin to the rest of the symbols once for a chance for more cash prizes, expand expands any reel with 1 or more cash prizes for an additional cash prize on each, the adder adds a random value up to 50x to all cash prizes, and multi applies a multiplier up to 10x to all prizes.

On this trigger, I had unlocked the adder and it gave me 3x to add to all 3 prizes or a total of 12.6x.

The Expand cash prizes are are totally random, from 0.2x to 50x, and in my case here, I was very unlucky getting multiple 0.2x Multiple boosters can be active at the same time, which substantially increases the winnings or least their potential.

On this trigger I had respin and multi. The respin added a 10x prize which essentially received a 2x multiplier and my total collected sum became 25x

• HyperSpins: Landing 3 scatters on a single spin, trigger this feature. It starts with 10 free spins. Landing 2 scatters during the feature adds 3 extra spins, landing 3 scatters adds an additional 10. Unlocked boosters for the collect feature stay unlocked for the whole feature.

In my trigger, I landed 2 scatters once, that’s why my spins are 13, and I had the Adder unlocked. Overall winnings of roughly 25x, which didn’t seem like much, but on my second trigger I managed to get a total of 16 spins and the multi booster, and my total winnings came close to 60x.

• Bonus & Treasure Chests: This feature can trigger randomly by a non-winning cash symbol. The feature starts with 5 spins, and 3 random cash symbols. The feature can also start with a pre-bonus Token from the Treasure Chest. Mine started with the Spinner token.

There are a total of 4 different diamonds: Sticky Collector, Sticky Payer, Spinner and Expander. The collector symbol collects all current prizes while the payer adds its value to all current prizes.

• Buy Bonus: If the player does not wish to wait to trigger HyperSpins or Bonus feature with Red Chest they can purchase them for a calculated cost.

The HyperSpins cost 65x, while the Bonus with Red Chest Bonus 100x. Careful are you can rarely break even with these purchases because of the upfront cost.

Verdict

Is HyperCore worth your time? This one is personal preference as the slot is quite unique in terms of features and theme.

If you are into intergalatic, space themes with collect and hyperspin features, this is the slot for you.

If you are looking for traditional free spins, jackpots and some pick feature then, this isn’t the game that will give you a good time.

The slot comes out next month, but currently Yukon Gold Casino has it exclusively in their Early Section.
