Slot Design

6 Rubies of Tribute online slot has the standard 5×3 gameboard, consisting of 5 reels, 3 rows and 25 fixed paylines.

The RTP of the game is 96.20% and the variance is set to MEDIUM.

The minimum bet per spin is 0.10$, which is pretty low, while the maximum bet per spin is 100.00$ making this slot perfect for all players.

In terms of design, we do not find this slot visually pleasing, the stone texture used on the whole game, makes it look old, while the symbols are super simplistic, almost as if they’ve been taken from stock images.

The menus look out of place as well, with symbols used without giving us an idea what they mean or do, so we had to use the legend to figure those out.

Special Features

  • Link&Win™ Feature: As per usual, seen in other online slots too, the Link&Win feature in 6 Rubies of Tribute starts with landing 6 or more Rubies on the gameboard. The triggering Rubies are held in place, while the rest of the positions respin. Only Rubies and blank positions are present, and the initial awarded respins are 3. If an additional Ruby lands, the respins are reset back to 3. Each Ruby can also award a multiplier prize, mini prize or a minor prize. Filling all 15 spots awards the major prize, while at the end of the feature all prizes from the collected Rubies are awarded. This feature can be triggered in free spins as well. The prizes are: Mini 30x, Minor 100x, Major 1000x.

  • Free Spins: Landing 3 scatters on reels 1 3 and 5 awards 5 free spins. During this feature, landing 3 additional scatters grants 3 additional spins. During this feature, reels 2 3 and 4 are merged into a single reel with colossal symbols. These colossal symbols count as 9 symbols, but colossal scatter counts as 1 symbol.

Verdict

In terms of features, we would rank 6 Rubies of Tribute as decent online slot and worth trying.

But in terms of visual, especially for an online slot released in September 2022, we find the graphic effort put into the game not enough.

In fact there are many better looking slots that have been released as far as 10 years ago, that surpass the visuals of this game.
