The game has an interesting concept of battling two gods, Zeus and Hades, for a max winnable prize up to 20,000x.

I can see this becoming its own thing with the studio creating more slots with the same brawl concept, if this one proves to be popular.

Though the slot is a few weeks away from an official release, Yukon Gold Casino has it exclusively in their library as Early Access.

Slot Design

Brawl Gods has a slightly bigger 5×4 gameboard with 5 reels, 4 rows and 40 fixed paylines.

There are prize spots on top of the gameboard, which participate in the collect/brawl feature of the game.

The slot’s RTP is 96.38%, the volatility is MEDIUM-HIGH and the hit rate is 27.46%.

The menu is just perfect, simple allowing me to set my bet with a single click and that’s it. On the other side, the settings menu needs some rework.

The audio option should be two options, for background sounds and music, and perhaps even volume sliders, as many studios have started to implement those features.

Overall the UI looks very similar to most other Foxium slots, with the symbols having that specific cartoonish visuals, decent music and smooth animations.

Slot Features

  • Wilds: The wilds in this slot, substitute for all symbols but Scatter, Arrow, Coin and Collect symbols.

During my testing, these were showing quite frequently during base game, but the real winner for the base game was the collect feature, supplemented by the Super Coin.

  • Collect Feature: Whenever a collect symbol lands this feature triggers and all coins, including the ones near the Super Coin are collected. Both reels 1 and reel 5 roll and both of them can land collect symbols. Depending on whether it’s a blue collect symbol or red collect symbols, the same color coins are collected.

On rare occasions you will land both collect simultaneously and you will collect all possible symbols on the board and above the board.

  • Super Coin: When the gave starts, the Super Coin randomly distributes 5 coins with a total value of 15x. Afterwards the count starts from 20 to 30 and then continues with 50 onward. Countdown of 20 awards 1-3 coins, 30 awards 2-4 extra coins and 50 awards 2-8 coins.

Once the coins are redistributed, the countdown resets back to 50 spins if you have already gone through 20 and 30 spins. The coin prizes that come from the gameboard in the slots above the gameboard, eventually expire when they are not collected after a certain amount of spins. Each coin has a life span of minimum 2 spins.

  • Bonus Games: This feature is randomly triggered by one of the arrows and it can either represent Zeus or Hades.

Once bottom row is unlocked, you get to click on the lightnings (if Zeus) or fire (if Hades) to reveal prizes. If a prize with an UP arrow shows up, all remaining prizes are destroyed and the next upper row is unlocked. Each prize that you unlock is collected in the cup at the top and then awarded when the feature is over. The goal is to unlock as many prizes as possible without getting the UP arrow or the X symbol which ends the feature immediately.

  • Free Spins: When the player lands 3 scatters this feature triggers with 10 free spins. During the bonus spins the 4 jackpots are available: Mini 5x – 20x; Minor 30x – 50x; Major 200x- 500x; Grand 5,000x – 20,000x.

During the free spins, 2 trails are available, extra spins for a total of 10 extra spins and a collect multiplier up to 5x.

Verdict

Is Brawl Gods worth your time? Yes, it’s a decent slot with some interesting features, 4 different jackpots with max prize 20,000x, free spins with up to 10 extra spins and 5x multiplier for the collect feature, collect feature and extra Coin Chamber for even more prizes.

The Medium-High volatility felt very nice, where features would trigger almost all the time, and I did not experience any dry streaks.

Though the slot is a few weeks away from an official release, Yukon Gold Casino has it exclusively in their library as Early Access for all new and current players.
