The slot’s theme resembles a comic book, where players will choose a character and will get a chance to win up to 12,650x the bet.

Slot Design
Crimson Moon online slot has the standard 5×3 gameboard, consisting of 5 reels, 3 rows and 25 fixed paylines.
The slot’s RTP is 96.08% and its variance is set to HIGH.
The minimum bet per spin starts from 0.10$, while the maximum bet per spin reaches 20.00$, making this slot ideal for players looking for low wagering slots.
With the Win Booster™ feature, the bet is increased with 2.5x, while the RTP becomes 96.33%.
With Win Booster™ the minimum bet becomes 0.25$, while the maximum bet per spin becomes 50.00$,
The bet menu layout chosen is one of the best we’ve seen, allowing you to select your bet with a single click, but at the same time giving you the option to adjust with + and – buttons, as well as min. bet and max. bet buttons.
When the Win Booster™ is turned on, there’s a green glow around the gameboard.
The Quick Spins have two levels, with the second level being Turbo Spin.
All of these options are available in the settings menu, nested in the hamburger menu on the bottom left.
The sound and music options are separated allowing players to turn them down or off individually.
In terms of visuals, we did not like the comic book style, as every symbol and the UI just blended in, making it hard to distinguish.
This has always been a problem with slots released by Infinity Dragon Studios, where visuals seem to be lackluster.
Slot Features
- Wilds: The Wild in this slot can be chosen in the beginning of the slot, as it can be male or female. The wild substitutes for all symbols buy scatters and Link&Win symbols. The selection is only visual and can be changed from the hamburger menu on the left later on.
The Wilds show up very often during spins, so expect to see them at least a few times every ten spins.
- Win Booster™: The Win Booster feature adds additional symbols on the reels to increase your chances to trigger the Link&Win feature. The cost is however 2.5x the current bet.
When the feature is turned on you will see it light up in green, and there would be a green border and glow around the gameboard.
- Link&Win™: The feature starts when you land 6 or more moon symbols on the gameboard. The symbols get locked in place, while the remaining positions respin. The feature starts with 3 respins and will reset the spins back to 3 if you land a moon symbol. The symbols will reveal a cash prize or a bonus prize.
The cash prizes vary from 1.5x to 20x the bet, while the bonus prizes are the ones you see on your left (or hardly see) and are 50x, 150x and 750x. The mega prize of 5,000x can be won if you fill all 15 positions with symbols.
- Free Spins: The free spins feature can be triggered by landing 3 scatters. The feature starts with 10 free spins, where reels 2, 3 and 4 are combined into one big block. Landing a scatter block awards 10 additional free spins. Landing a Link&Win symbol in the big block counts as 9 symbols.
On our trigger, the first symbol we landed was the Link&Win symbol, and half of the payout during free spins was from the Link&Win feature alone.
The total payout was 88.9x, as the jumbo block gives decent sums of around 20x-30x.
Verdict
We gave Crimson Moon our best shot, to like it, but after several hours of spinning, we did not.
Initially we had a problem with the comic book graphics, and though we got used to them, we still felt the visual clarity was not decent.
In terms of features, the Win Booster™ we felt was too expensive for the insignificant boost it provided through thousands of spins.
The Link&Win feature was not that rewarding either, to justify the constant 2.5x cost per spin.
The free spins were nice, and we managed to get a Link&Win within the free spins, thanks to the jumbo block.
Currently the slot is available on Yukon Gold Casino, as an Early Release, but honestly there are much better slots currently available.

Overall the slot did not feel good, as we had long segments of not hitting anything, and even when we did, nothing even half decent came out of it. The Win Booster feature felt too expensive for what it offered, and overall this felt like one of the more disappointing slots.
