Slot Design
Fire and Roses Jolly Joker has the exact same gameboard design like the original, which is a 3-4-5-4-3, where reels 1 and 5, have 3 rows, reels 2 and 4 have 4 rows and reel 3 have 5 rows, with 720 fixed paylines.
The slot’s RTP remains the same set at 96.01% and the volatility is set to VERY HIGH, with a hit rate of 24.74%.
The minimum bet per spin starts from 0.20$, while the maximum bet reaches 50.00$, essentially the same values as the original.
The standard bet menu layout for Triple Edge Studios, which allows users to use their mouse scroll, to search for the desired bet and select it.
The wager can be adjusted from the gameboard as well with the + and – buttons or simply by selecting the max bet button, next to the spin button.
The quick spin and mute button are on the bottom right, but those options are also available in the settings menu.
The music and sounds are on different channels, allowing us to turn either one off, which is great as we might want the music gone, but not the sounds.
Overall the slot keeps the same awesome look, with super nice symbols, but this time they have been adjusted to match the December holidays.
Slot Features
- Wilds: The Wild in this game is the joker on the left. Whenever you land half or a whole wild on the reel, she will teleport in and out.
The wild can substitute for all symbols, except scatters and roses. Landing several wilds next to each other can lead to huge wins, just like in the original. We had a 459x win there on a single spin during base game from wilds.
- Jackpot Wheel: This slot has 5 jackpots, 1 above each reel, which has a base value and a max value. Each time you land a rose, the value goes up. Each rose landed has a chance to trigger the wheel as well. Once the wheel is triggered you get a spin and can win any of the 5. The jackpot that’s been won resets to its base value.

Each rose that is landed will increase the minimum value by 0.5x until the jackpot reaches its maximum value, at which point it will have no effect on the value.
This feature triggers often enough and as expected, most of the time the jackpots you will land are the Mini and Minor ones.
- Free Spins Multiplier: Whenever you are 1 letter away from triggering the free spins, by landing 4 scatters, you will get a 0.5x increase on the free spins multiplier. The value can go up to 10x during the base game and up to 15x during free spins. Once the free spins trigger, the multiplier is reset back to 1x.
This happens often enough we’d say as most of the times when we triggered the free spins, we had the multiplier anywhere between 7x and 10x.
- Free Spins: Landing the word Jolly across the gameboard will trigger the free spins feature. Each letter will reveal either an extra spin or a multiplier. The feature starts with minimum 6 free spins.
In our trigger here we receive 5 x 1x multipliers and 4 additional free spins for a total of 8. The multiplier can go up to 15x and it increases whenever you land a total of 4 scatters, 1 on each reel during the base game.
During our free spins we had a few decent wins, but the total payout came only to 46.6x which for a highly volatile slot isn’t that much.
Verdict
Overall this slot plays exactly like the original, where the only difference is the voice of the joker and the symbols.
If you have not played the original Fire and Roses Joker Slot, you would love this one.
If you have however, you probably won’t find this one that interesting, unless you really wanted a wintery theme with the same features.
The slot is scheduled to be released in early December and will be available in Yukon Gold Casino for play.
