While the slot is still a month away from an official release, it’s currently available for all players of Yukon Gold Casino under the Early Releases section.

In this slot the players will get a chance to spin the reels with the help of a genie and his lamp for a max prize of up to 15,000x the bet.

Genie’s Link&Win 4Tune has the standard 5×3 gameboard with 5 reels, 3 rows and 25 fixed paylines.

The slot’s RTP is 96.24%, the volatility is set to HIGH and the hit rate is 31.52%.

The minimum bet per spin starts from 0.10$, while the maximum bet per spin reaches 20.00$, a range ideal for those looking for low wagering slots.

The bet menu is great, having popular bet presets on the right, and a list of all possible wagers on the left, which can be scrolled up and down with your mouse scroll wheel.

And while this is an ideal menu, the settings menu doesn’t really offer anything besides quick spins and a sound mute option. Ideally we’d like to see sound and music having separate options as if you don’t like the music it doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t want sound on your slot.

Overall good UI, same as previous slots, decent symbols, nice animations and great visual presentation.

Slot Features

• Wilds: The wild symbol in this slot substitute for all symbols but scatters, coins and tokens. The symbol shows only on reels 2-5.

The wilds will be something you’d see quite often during your gameplay and will contribute to completing various winning combinations, the biggest of which for us was 12x.

• Link&Win 4Tune Feature: When six or more palace coins land on the gameboard during base game, this feature is triggered. It starts with 3 respins, where the triggering symbols are held in place, and any new symbol that lands gets locked in place as well, while the respins reset back to 3. The feature starts with 1 unlocked grid.

After landing a total of 8 symbols including the initial 6 which triggered the feature, the second grid is unlocked. When a total of 20 coins land, the third grid is unlocked and when a total of 36 coins land, the 4th grid is unlocked. Each coin can be a prize from 0.5x to 15x bet as well as Mini 20x, Minor 100x, and Major 1,000x jackpot. Filling all 15 position on any grid will award the Grand jackpot which is 5,000x. During our trigger we did not manage to unlock the 3rd grid so our overall payout was only around 22x.

• Link&Win 4Tune Enhanced Feature: When 6 or more royal palace coins land during the base game on a single spin, this feature is triggered. The same rules apply here, but this time you start with all 4 grids unlocked.

This is the feature with perhaps the biggest potential in terms of payout as the grids were getting filled with symbols and even 5 jackpots all of which were mini.

Though we never managed to get that last spot filled on two of the grids which had 14 coins, we still received a decent 182x payout.

• Bonus Pick Feature: This feature can randomly trigger from the Genie’s Lamp on the bottom of the gameboard.

You get to choose between 5 covered symbols, and the prizes are: Free Spins, 1x, 10x, Link&Win and Link&Win Enhanced. Sadly we only landed the 1x prize.

• Free Spins: When 3 scatters land during base game, the player is awarded with 10 free spins. Before the feature starts you have to select one lucky grid

Once you’ve selected a grid, it will become a different color and if your chosen grid lands the most scatters compared to the other 3, you will receive the winnings of all 4 grids.

We did not get this on our first try, as we were 5 scatters away from the grid with the most scatters. Our total payout at the end was 19.8x missing on roughly another 20x from the other 3 grids.

• Buy Feature: If you do not wish to wait to trigger any of the features, you can simply purchase them for a calculated cost.

The cost for each feature is: Enhanced Link&Win 140x, Link&Win 60x and Free Spins 35x.

Verdict

Genie’s Link&Win 4Tune is a wonderful slot, offering plenty of features and a max win up to 15,000x the bet.

While the slot is highly volatile, the trigger rate of the features seems decent and we did manage to trigger all of them on their own within several hundred spins.

The normal Link&Win was decent, but you need a bit of luck to unlock the remaining grids for the payouts to be decent.

The Enhanced Link&Win is awesome, and quite lucrative as it can award high payouts something around 200x+.

The Free Spins are great, especially if you manage to pick a grid that lands the most scatters.

Great slot overall, which will be officially out on April 25th 2024, but is currently available for all Yukon Gold Casino players, as the game is released there exclusively under the Early Releases section.
