The slot’s RTP is 96.22%, the volatility is set to HIGH and the hit rate is 25.78%.

The minimum bet per spin starts from 0.20$, while the maximum bet per spin reaches 30.00$, making the slot ideal for a wide range of players.

The bet menu is excellent, allowing players to select their desired bet with a single click, but there’s max bet button as well, though the max bet is present on the menu.

The autoplay menu allows players to select up to a 100 automatic spins, which is the industry standard and nearly all slots have this feature.

The menu on the bottom right allows you to select quick spins or mute the sound, options available on the gameboard as well.

Overall the slot UI looks really good, the whole gameboard and symbols as well, but this is to be expected from Snowborn Games as literally all of their games are very decent looking.

Slot Features

• Coin Symbols and Collect: During the base spins coin symbols will land on the reels with cash values from 0.2x – 50x the bet. Landing a collect symbol which can show only on reel 5 will collect the values, after they are multiplied by the multiplier on the top left.

This feature triggers quite often, and during our testing the prizes varied from 2-3x to 30-40x on a single spin.

• Coin Booster: The coin booster multiplier starts with a value from 1x and increases for each 1UP symbol up to 10x. Once the multiplier is applied to the coins it resets back to 1x.

You can receive several 1UP symbols per spin, so your multiplier can go up by 2-3 which was not uncommon. When the free spins trigger the current multiplier is carried over.

• Wilds: The wilds in this slot are the W symbols, which substitute for all symbols but scatters, coins and bonus symbols.

These symbols show up very often during base spins, and occasionally complete a small win, at least that was our experience.

• Free Spins: Landing 3 free spin symbols, triggers 9 free spins. Landing 2 symbols during the feature awards 3 extra spins, while landing 3 symbols awards 9 extra spins. Additional coin and collect symbols are added.

All coins are collected at the top right corner, and once the free spins ends, there’s a chance to win them all. The free spins feature triggers rarely, perhaps once every few hundred spins.

• Bonus Symbol: This is simply a Link&Win feature where the multiplier from the basic game gets carried over. During the feature you can get 1UP symbols to increase it further. The feature starts with 3 respins and landing a coin symbol resets the number back to 3.

We managed to land 10 symbols in total, and we received a total payout of 63.6x which is what we’d get on average. The feature triggers when all of the reels get a bonus symbol. This is indicated by the pink symbol on the bottom part of the reel.

Verdict

This slot is a worthy sequel to the original Pile ‘Em Up, bringing players additional features and winter elements for the upcoming December holidays.

The slot feels smooth, the collect feature feels very rewarding, both in base game and free spins and the Link&Win feature comes with a nice multiplier twist.

Overall a decent highly volatile slot, with great graphics, nice features and decent payouts with a max prize of up to 7,500x the bet.
