This is a fantasy themed slot, where you enter an enchanted world of blazing flames, bright glowing coins and ancient energy, where each and every spin unlocks the power of the three dragons.

The game offers plenty of astonishing features, like Jackpots, Free Games, Hold&Spin feature and more.

Slot Design

Fu Long Treasures has the standard 5×3 gameboard, with 5 reels, 3 rows and 25 fixed paylines.

The slot’s RTP is 96.00%, the volatility is set to MEDIUM and the hit rate is undisclosed.

The minimum bet per spins starts from 0.25$, while the maximum bet per spin reaches 25.00$, with the max win being listed as 50,000x the bet per line.

The slot’s UI is identical to previous games released from RTG, with 3 adjusting buttons for the bet, an autoplay button on the right side and a quick spin button on the left side. The menu is the hamburger menu on the bottom right and the payline panel is on the left side.

The settings menu also remains unchanged with different options for background sounds and music, as well as a hotkey for spins. Because this UI has worked for many years, I doubt RTG will change anything anytime soon.

I’d love to see some sort of a bet menu allowing players to select their wager with a simple click, and perhaps more options in the settings menu, but for now that seems unlikely.

Slot Features

• Wilds: The wilds in this slot substitutes for all symbols but red coins, green coins and purple coins.

During my testing, the wilds showed up, plenty of times, with various different winnings, anywhere from 1x to 6x.

• Free Games: When 3 or more red coins land on a single spin, the Free Games feature triggers with 8 free games. Additionally any red symbol can randomly trigger this feature.

While 8 free spins is a decent bonus for winnings, the feature itself does not offer anything more special. Landing 3 additional red coins adds 3 additional spins.

• Jackpot Pick: Three purple coins trigger the jackpot pick feature. The four jackpots in this slot are: Mini 20x, Minor 50x, Major 200x, and Grand 1,000x. Additionally any purple coin can trigger this feature.

My first triggers landed on Mini, but the 4th trigger gave me the Minor jackpot. For roughly a thousand spins, I did not see Major or Grand which was expected. The feature is rare, but still shows up enough times to wait for it.

• Hold & Spin: Three green coins will trigger this feature. Additionally any green coin can randomly trigger this feature.

• Buy Feature: If a player does not wish to wait to trigger the Golden Harvest or Dragon Re-Spins, they can purchase them for a calculated cost.

The cost is 16x for the Golden Harvest and 37x for the Dragon Re-Spins, which seems reasonable compared to what we are used to seeing in various other slots.

Verdict

Is Fu Long Treasures worth your time? It’s better than most RTG slots that have been released recently and it offers a bigger number of features and jackpots.
